By accessing or using VibSocial ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and creators on VibSocial.
By using VibSocial, you agree to:
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create on VibSocial. By posting content, you grant VibSocial a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.
Platform Content: VibSocial's branding, design, and original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce them without permission.

VibSocial is a vibe-based community. To maintain a positive environment:
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
VibSocial enforces a strict prohibited-content policy across the entire platform. The following content is not permitted anywhere on VibSocial — in posts, stories, comments, messages, Spaces, and live rooms:
This policy is enforced by VibSocial's automated Compliance & Quality Control system, which scans every post — image, video, audio, and text — before it goes live. Clear violations are blocked automatically and the user is shown a warning citing the Terms of Use violation. Borderline or gray-area content is flagged into the admin moderation queue for human review instead of blocked, so people make the gray-area calls. The system applies escalating action to repeat offenders: warning → temporary posting suspension → permanent ban — all logged in the admin moderation queue.
The same Compliance Agent monitors live rooms in real time, auto-flagging offending speakers and chatters to the room's host or moderator with the flagged content excerpt; the host decides to mute, kick, or dismiss the flag.
If your content is blocked or your account is actioned and you believe it was a mistake, you can appeal from the Appeals page. Every appeal is reviewed by a human administrator with the original flagged content attached.
VibSocial offers optional paid features, subscriptions, and VibeCredits (our in-app digital currency):
